eDOC Tips

Find in Index First

This happens to be quite a powerful option. Once your documents will be indexed, you may rarely have a need to open the index list - the Find function becomes a VERY fast way to move to indexed items.

Pictures data base

As I chemist, I often need to paste molecular structures in my documents. I created a large document which contains pictures of all chemical structures I may require with their name. When I need one of those, I simply open the eDOC document, move to the required picture using the "Find" command, then copy it and that's done.

Scanned documents

If you use HP Copier or equivalent utilities to create a hard copy of paper documents using a scanner, why not choosing eDOC Creator instead of your printer driver - you will get an electronic copy.
